4.6. Removal and installation of a radiator of system of cooling

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To disconnect a wire from "the minus" plug of the accumulator. 2. To merge cooling liquid (subsection 4.1 subitem 1-3 see). 3. To disconnect bringing (3) (fig. System of cooling of the 4-cylinder engine see) or (20) (fig. System of cooling of the 5-cylinder engine see) and taking away (9) or (13) hoses of a radiator. 4. To disconnect a hose going from a broad tank to a radiator, to remove a tank. 5. To disconnect conducting from the engine of the fan, the gauge of temperature of a cooling liquid and the gauge of inclusion of the fan. 6. To turn on from below bolts of fastening of a radiator. 7. To turn away bolts of fastening of the top casing 22 or 9 radiators and to remove it. 8. To turn away bolts of fastening of a radiator from above and a nut from below approximately in the middle if it is. 9. To take out a radiator with a casing of the fan and the fan upwards. 10. To establish a radiator upside-down. Before radiator installation to check up and if are worn out to replace rubber plugs of fastening of a radiator and the buffer. At installation of a casing of a radiator to track, that the cable of a drive of the lock of a cowl has passed through a corresponding aperture.
