5.2. Ljambda-probe replacement

Types of applied ljambda-probes

1 – not warmed probe; 2, 3 – warmed probes

There are three types of the ljambda-probes applied on cars Audi. At replacement it is necessary to establish only the same probe what stood on the car.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To disconnect an electric socket of a probe from a plait of wires. 2. To turn out a ljambda-probe (fig. System of release of the fulfilled gases see) from a final collector. 3. To grease with special greasing VAG G5 a carving of a new ljambda-probe. To watch, that greasing has not got to cracks and probe apertures. Not to touch hands a working part of a new probe, to protect it from pollution. 4. To screw a ljambda-probe in a final collector and to tighten the moment 50 Н·м (5,0 кгс·м). 5. To connect an electric socket of a probe.
