Models with the 4-cylinder engine and system of injection Mono-Motronic

- To turn away two screws with crosswise шлицем, located above on a cover of the air filter.
- To open tightening скобы round the filter case.
- To uncover, take out a replaceable element of the filter.
- At installation to watch correct position of the case of the filter and a cover: dredging on the brink of a cover concerns a ledge on the case.

Models with the 4-cylinder engine and system of injection Digifant
|
|
- To weaken a bandage on an air inlet sleeve. To remove a sleeve.
- To open tightening скобы round the filter case.
- To uncover, take out a replaceable element of the filter.
- Vacuum hoses can remain connected.

Models with the 5-cylinder engine
|
|
- To weaken крепящую an earring of a sleeve of an air inlet on a headlight cap; to remove a sleeve.
- To press two fixing latches of a cap of a headlight downwards and to remove it upwards.
- To remove the right part of a cap of a headlight after easing of two screws with crosswise шлицем.
- To remove an inlet cap over the proof-reader of structure of a gas mixture.
- To remove in total five fixing скоб round the case of the air filter.
- To extend upwards the proof-reader of structure of a gas mixture together with the top part of the case of the air filter. Now it is possible to take out a replaceable element.

Models with the 6-cylinder engine
|
|
- At the 2,8-litre engine to remove tips of a flowmeter of air.
- To remove a bandage on an air inlet sleeve. To remove a sleeve.
- To open tightening скобы round the filter case.
- To uncover, take out a replaceable element of the filter.

Removal of the case of the air filter
|
|
After removal tightening скоб and both screws (1) it is possible to separate the top part of the case of the filter from the bottom part (3) and to take out a replaceable element (2). At installation it is necessary to watch correct position of parts of the case under the relation to each other. The ledge on the bottom part of the case should enter into dredging on the top part. |

Replacement of the air filter by an example of the 4-cylinder engine by capacity of 85 kw is shown: after removal tightening скоб (arrows) it is possible to remove the top part of the case (2). In addition here the air inlet sleeve is established also. Now the replaceable element of the air filter becomes accessible. |

|
- The engine with system of injection Mono-Motronic: to remove a replaceable element of the air filter (see above).
- To unscrew three nuts in the middle of the case and where is available, to take out a fixing ring.
- To remove all sleeves, to take out valves and топливопровод.
- To remove the case.
- At installation to pay attention: the vacuum sleeve to the valve of the warmed-up air in a branch pipe of an inlet gas pipeline approaches to a tip of a hose from a brass or to a tip with a label. And the sleeve to the block of preparation of a gas mixture approaches to a plastic branch pipe without a label.
- Models with 4-cylinder engines and system of injection Digifant, and also models with 5 and 6-cylinder engines: to uncover cases (with the proof-reader of structure of a gas mixture) and a replaceable element of the air filter.
- To disconnect a sleeve of the warmed-up air of system of heating of inlet air.
- To turn on шестигранный a bolt at the capacity basis.
- To take out a fixing pin of the case of the filter from the rubber plug on a wheel niche.
- To remove the case.
