8.2.4. Draught of the selector of transmission

Adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Lift the car. On a part of cars it is required to remove an exhaust system and a thermal guard. Transmission 3НР 22 2. Remove скобу a clamp of draught of the selector and disconnect draught of the lever of the selector. For this purpose remove скобу (1) from a clamp (2), having pulled скобу for an upper edge, and then having submitted downwards. 3. Take away the selector lever on transmission to a limit, then displace in the opposite direction (forward) on 2 clicks. This position corresponds to the neutral. 4. In salon the selector establish in position N. 5. Ask the assistant to establish the lever of the selector opposite to the terminator of position N in a shutter. Rotating a clamp on a carving tip of draught, establish it opposite to an aperture in the bottom termination of the lever of the selector. Truncate draught, having turned a clamp on 1–2 turns clockwise. 6. Establish draught on a clamp and check up adjustment. For this purpose start the engine, press a pedal of a brake and translate the transmission selector in all positions. Transmission 4НР 22 N/ЕН 7. Establish the selector positions P. 8. Release a nut of fastening of a cable to the lever. On a part of cars the lever can be turned upwards, instead of downwards, and carving fastening is replaced by an axis with шплинтом. 9. Displace the lever of the selector towards the engine and submit a cable tip in the opposite direction. 10. Attach a cable and tighten a nut. 11. Check up adjustment. For this purpose start the engine, press a pedal of a brake and translate the transmission selector in all positions.
