1. Remove полуось from the car.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a fixing collar, unbend duster and remove hinge greasing.
2. Remove the external hinge from a semiaxis.
3. Remove a lock ring, a washer and the plug.
4. Clear the hinge and carefully examine it. Replace the hinge or полуось if it is necessary.
5. Wind шлицы with a sticky tape and establish new duster.
6. Establish a washer the curved party inside and establish into place the plug.

7. Establish a new lock ring.

8. Carefully fill the hinge with greasing and establish it on полуось.
9. Fill it on a lock ring.

10. Establish edge dusterа in a flute and raise edge dusterа to let the air out.

11. Establish fixing collars and tighten them.
12. Do not tear duster.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Bring down an adjusting plate from the hinge.
2. Remove a lock ring.
3. Remove the hinge.
4. Remove a fixing collar dusterа and remove duster.
5. Clear and examine the hinge. Replace it if it is necessary.
6. Installation is spent upside-down removals.

THE INTERNAL HINGE (MODELS WITH THE DIESEL ENGINE AND MODELS WITH THE PETROL ENGINE AND THE AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION)

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the external hinge.
2. Remove internal duster.
3. Clear and examine the hinge. If it is worn out or damaged, replace полуось.
4. Carefully fill the hinge with greasing.
5. Wind шлицы with a sticky tape and establish duster into place.
6. Establish edge dusterа for a semiaxis ledge.
7. Raise edge dusterа to let the air out.

9. Establish the external hinge into place.
