 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. To turn out both fixing bolts of the case of a support of the disk brake mechanism, holding thus directing bolt for шестигранник.
  2. Hand to pull the support case to a car outer side.
  3. Now to cast away it back and to remove.
  4. To take out brake Pads from the directing.
  5. To establish a special key 3131 to the brake piston and to screw the piston strong pressing of a hand.
  6. Ask the assistant to watch thus level of a brake liquid in a tank. If the tank is overflowed, it is necessary to pump out a liquid.
  7. Never push the brake piston without rotation with a great effort. In this case you will destroy the adjusting mechanism in the piston.
  8. To establish new Pads.
  9. To tighten the case of a support of the disk brake mechanism new самоконтрящимися bolts the moment 35 Н•м.
  10. For придерживания a directing bolt to apply only thin рожковый a wrench. Wide can jam, and force of an inhaling in this case will not coincide.
  11. After dismantling of the brake mechanism it is necessary to make necessarily the basic adjustment (the following section see).

Adjustment of disk brakes of back wheels

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. To raise the car behind from both parties and to fix. To remove wheels.
  2. To remove from a lay brake.
  3. To check up, that тросовые drives of system of a lay brake were not under a preliminary inhaling.
  4. For the control to wring out the lever of inclusion of system of a lay brake on a support of the brake mechanism alternately to the right and to the left against the stop.
  5. If the lever of a support of the brake mechanism of other wheel, also moves, means, cables of a drive of a lay brake are tense too strongly. In this case to weaken the central adjusting nut of system of a lay brake, until then while both levers will not reach precisely against the stop.
  6. To put the car on wheels.
  7. At the switched off engine to press a pedal of a brake with average force about 40 times.
  8. Again to raise the car.
  9. To check up, whether wheels can freely rotate.

Removal of a support of back disk brakes

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. To disconnect a brake hose in case it is necessary to replace a support of the brake mechanism.
  2. To remove the case of a support of the brake mechanism as for replacement колодок. Will pay thus attention to the text above!
  3. To remove тросовые drives of system of a lay brake.
  4. To turn out both fixing bolts of the support which is on an axis.
  5. At installation to tighten fixing bolts of a support the moment 65 Н•м.
  6. Spend once again adjustment.
