11.1.4. The suspension bracket lever

The lever varies at detection of deterioration of spherical support. At lever replacement it is necessary to replace also and the plug of an axis of the lever. Installation of the plug from the old lever is forbidden.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Lift car redock. 2. Check up deterioration of spherical support of the lever, having shaken the lever the mount inserted between it and a rack or a suspension bracket cross-beam (it is possible to compress also a support in a place of its installation, using special capture). Appreciable люфт will specify in necessity of replacement of the lever for gathering with a support, – replacement of these details separately is not provided. 3. Check up a condition of rubber plugs. At detection of cracks, ruptures or "drying" of rubber of the plug replace. The manufacturer the following method of check of a condition of the plug of the lever is recommended. Create loading on each forward seat on 68 кГс, in the middle of a back seat – 68 кГс, in a luggage carrier – 21 кГс, fill completely a fuel tank. With the help probeа check up a backlash And which should be within 0,7–1,7 mm. Otherwise it is necessary to replace the plug. The prevention Rubber plugs of levers of a suspension bracket vary only in steam. At replacement track, that on plugs there was a brand of one manufacturer. 4. Turn away 2 bolts of fastening of an arm of the plug of the lever of a suspension bracket to a body. 5. By means of a stripper remove an arm with the plug from the lever (for a centering of a bolt of a stripper it is recommended накернить dredging in a lever axis). 6. Designate plug orientation in an arm that at assemblage to establish the new plug precisely in the same position. Выпрессуйте the plug (the special equipment here is required, therefore it is recommended выпресссовать the plug in car-care centre). 7. At assemblage grease the termination of the lever by quick-drying greasing 81 22 9 407 284 and напрессуйте the plug with an arm against the stop. The prevention It is forbidden to use at напрессовке plugs greasing of other structure. Recommended greasing dries up later 30 mines then occurs усаживание plugs on a lever axis. 8. Track correct orientation of the plug of the lever at напрессовке. 9. Tighten bolts of an arm of the plug with the set moment. 10. Lower the car. Driving is supposed after not less than 30 mines, i.e. Through time necessary for drying of assembly greasing.

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Lift redock of the car and remove a wheel. 2. Turn away 2 bolts of fastening of an arm of the plug of an axis of the lever to a body. 3. Turn away a nut of fastening of a finger of a spherical support on a cross-beam of a suspension bracket and выпрессуйте a finger of a support from a cross-beam by means of a stripper. Take measures to damaging a rubber cover of a support. 4. Turn on самоподжимную a nut of a finger of a spherical support on a rotary fist and выпрессуйте a finger of a spherical support. If the lever with support varies, in the absence of a stripper a finger it is possible выпрессовать several strong blows of a hammer. 5. Remove the lever. 6. Replace the plug of an axis of the lever. 7. Installation is carried out upside-down. Nuts of fingers of spherical support replace. All connections tighten with the moments specified in subsection 11.1.2. 8. After assemblage check up and adjust corners of installation of wheels in car-care centre.
