Check and replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Gauges of an angle of rotation and speed of rotation коленвала
1. Measure resistance between conclusions 1 (a yellow wire) and 2 (a black wire) from outside the gauge which should be 860–1060 Ohm.
2. Measure resistance between conclusions 3 and 2 or 1 which should be 100 clod.
3. If resistance differs, replace the gauge ().
4. For replacement turn away screws and get gauges from nests. Consider that the place of the gauge of an angle of rotation is noted by a letter In, and a place of the gauge of speed of rotation – letter D.

5. Disconnect sockets.
6. Measure resistance between conclusions 1 (a yellow wire) and 2 (a black wire) from outside the gauge on each socket which should be 500–600 Ohm.

7. If resistance differs, replace the gauge.
8. For replacement turn away a bolt (the gauge fastens on a cover of a gear belt near to a pulley).

9. Get the gauge and replace. The backlash (3) between a head of the gauge (1) and a rotor (2) should be 1,0±0,3 mm. At replacement expose a backlash brass probeом.
