Sequence of a tightening of bolts of a head of cylinders (ADR)


Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator.
2. Lift and fix a forward part of the car. Remove the top cover of the engine.
3. Unscrew a final tuba from a final collector.
4. Disconnect a final collector from a head of cylinders.
5. Merge cooling liquid.
6. Disconnect the top hose from a tube of a cooling liquid.
7. Disconnect wires from the air valve of the inlet collector located behind the generator.
8. Disconnect a wire from the gauge of temperature of air located under the air valve.
9. Disconnect a hose of a broad tank from a tube of a cooling liquid in the top part of the engine.
10. Disconnect воздухозаборный a branch pipe from the air filter.
11. Disconnect wires from injectors.
12. Disconnect a wire from the Hall gauge in a forward left part of a head.
13. Disconnect a wire from the valve of automatic adjustment of the camshaft located in a back part of a head.
14. Disconnect conducting from the ignition coil.
15. Disconnect wires from spark plugs and remove the coil.
16. Disconnect a wire from the temperature gauge in a back part of a head.
17. Remove the top part of a back cover газораспределительного a belt.
18. Disconnect from the switch of position of a throttle.
19. Disconnect a plait of wires from clips.
20. Disconnect hoses of giving and return of fuel from a fuel highway.
21. Disconnect a rope of an accelerator from the throttle lever.
22. Disconnect air hoses of the conditioner and a hose сервоблока brakes.
23. Unscrew an arm of an inlet collector.
24. Disconnect hoses of a radiator of a heater.
25. Remove a back tube of a cooling liquid.
26. Remove additional приводной a belt.
27. Unscrew bolts of an inlet collector.
28. Disconnect an inlet collector from a head.
29. Disconnect a wire from the oxygen gauge.
30. Remove the top cover газораспределительного a belt.
31. Remove газораспределительный a belt.
32. Unscrew head bolts in sequence of return sequence of a tightening (fig. Sequence of a tightening of bolts (ADR see)).
33. Remove a head.

Installation

Installation is spent upside-down. During installation carrying out replace all old linings new. The sequence of a tightening of bolts of a head is specified in drawing (fig. Sequence of a tightening of bolts (ADR see)).

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator.
2. Lift and fix a forward part of the car. Remove the top cover of the engine.
3. Unscrew a final tuba from a final collector.
4. Disconnect a final collector from a head of cylinders.
5. Merge cooling liquid.
6. Remove an inlet collector.
7. Disconnect wires from spark plugs and unscrew candles.
8. Remove газораспределительный a belt.
9. Remove the generator.
10. Disconnect воздухозаборный a branch pipe from the air filter.
11. Disconnect a wire of grounding from a head.
12. Disconnect hoses from a head of cylinders.
13. Disconnect wires from temperature gauges.
14. Unscrew head bolts in sequence, return sequence of a tightening.
15. Get bolts together with washers.
16. Remove a head.
17. Remove a head lining.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Installation is spent upside-down removals. Tighten head bolts on a necessary corner (fig. the Mark in the top party of a lining, Sequence of a tightening of bolts of a head of cylinders see).
