Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To remove полуось from the car (subsection 7.5 see). 2. To remove a collar 5 and to shift грязезащитный a cover 6. 3. To remove a sealing lining 4 and a lock ring 1. 4. To bring down from the case of the hinge by means of copper выколотки чехлодержатель 3. 5. To press from a semiaxis an internal SHRUS, putting effort to a hinge holder. 6. To remove from a shaft чехлодержатель 3 and грязезащитный a cover 6.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To remove old lubricant. 2. To put in the hinge 90 г консистентной type greasings «G6» or domestic greasing ШРУС-4. 3. To establish on полуось тарельчатую a washer 12 (if it is available on a complete set). 4. Напрессовать подсобранный the hinge on a shaft against the stop. 5. To establish a lock ring 1. 6. To establish чехлодержатель 3 on the external case of the hinge. 7. To put on on чехлодержатель 3 грязезащитный a cover 6. 8. To establish a new collar 5 and to press out its lock. 9. To establish a sealing lining 4. 10. To establish полуось on the car.
