Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To brake the car a lay brake and to establish an emphasis under back wheels.
2. To weaken an inhaling of bolts of fastening of a forward wheel and to turn away a nut of fastening of a semiaxis.
3. To raise and establish on a support a forward part of the car.
4. Definitively to turn away bolts of fastening and to remove a forward wheel.
5. To turn away bolts of fastening and to remove holders of pillows of the stabilizer of cross-section stability.
6. To turn away two bolts of fastening, to remove brake скобу in gathering and to suspend it on a wire to a body, watching that the brake hose was not overwound and did not test excessive loadings. For convenience of the further installation brake скобы it is recommended to remove preliminary brake Pads (subsection 10.5 see).
7. To remove a brake disk (subsection 10.6 see).
8. To turn away a nut and to take out a bolt of fastening of a finger of the spherical hinge of the lever of a suspension bracket to a rotary fist. By means of mount cautiously not to damage грязезащитный a hinge cover, to take a finger of the hinge from a clip of a rotary fist, having disconnected thereby the lever of a suspension bracket from a rotary fist.
9. To turn away a nut of fastening and выпрессовать a finger of the spherical hinge of steering draught from the rotary lever, having disconnected thereby steering draught from a rack.
10. Выпрессовать from a nave by means of a stripper поылуось.
11. To remove the decorative cap closing access to a nut of the top fastening of the shock-absorber.
12. To turn away three nuts of fastening of the basis of the top support to a body, holding a telescopic rack from below.
13. To remove a telescopic rack from the car.

Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To compress a spring by means of the special adaptation.
2. To turn away a nut of the top fastening of the shock-absorber, keeping a rod of the shock-absorber from проворачивания with the help шестигранника.
3. To remove consistently all details of a telescopic rack.
4. To remove a protective cap.
5. To turn on by means of the special adaptation a nut of the bottom fastening of the shock-absorber (at servicing deports the adaptation 2069 is used).
6. To remove the shock-absorber.

Survey and дефектовка the shock-absorber

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To clear the shock-absorber of a dirt.
2. To examine a shock-absorber rod. If a rod will drive or on a working surface there are отслоения a chromic covering, traces of corrosion, the tease, damage of a carving part it is necessary to replace the shock-absorber.
3. To establish the shock-absorber in vertical position. To check up a shock-absorber condition, moving the piston for a rod on all length of a course.
4. If jamming or absence of resistance throughout a piston stroke is found out, and also obvious traces подтекания will be visible to a liquid through an epiploon, it is necessary to replace the shock-absorber. Traces запотевания from a liquid are supposed.
5. To clear a spring of a dirt and carefully to check up. In the presence of cracks or deformation of coils to replace a spring.
6. A defective rubber lining to replace.

Assemblage

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To establish the shock-absorber on a rotary fist and to wrap by means of the special adaptation a nut of the bottom fastening of the shock-absorber the moment 180 Н·м (18,0 кгс·м).
2. To establish a protective cap.
3. To compress a spring by means of the special adaptation.
4. To establish upside-down details of a telescopic rack. Thus the bottom end of a spring to insert against the stop into a hollow of the bottom cup.
5. Rubber linings are delivered in spare parts of a different thickness: with one label – 19 mm, with two labels – 15 mm, with three labels – 9 mm. At spring replacement it is recommended to establish a lining with two labels.
6. To wrap a nut of the top fastening of the shock-absorber the moment 60 Н·м (6,0 кгс·м), keeping a rod of the shock-absorber from проворачивания with the help шестигранника.
7. To unclench a spring.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To clear of a dirt and the rests of special glue шлицы naves and semiaxes and to wipe their gasoline.
2. To put special glue D6 on шлицы to a semiaxis (only on models of release till January, 1988 and on models with an automatic transmission) for the length of 5-6 mm from an end face шлицевой to a part. After that the trial trip can be made only through 60 mines to allow to glue to harden.
3. Simultaneously to enter hairpins of the top fastening of a rack into apertures in a body and to put on a nave on шлицы semiaxes.
4. To wrap new three nuts of the top fastening of a rack the moment 30 Н·м (3,0 кгс·м).
5. To insert a finger of the spherical hinge of the lever of a suspension bracket into a clip of a rotary fist and to wrap a new bolt of fastening with a new nut the moment 65 Н·м (6,5 кгс·м).
6. Запрессовать a finger of the spherical hinge of steering draught in the rotary lever and to wrap a new nut of fastening by the moment 60 Н·м (6,0 кгс·м).
7. To establish a brake disk.
8. To establish brake скобу.
9. To raise a stabilizer bar, to establish holders of pillows and to wrap bolts of their fastening with new nuts the moment 105 Н·м (10,5 кгс·м).
10. To establish a wheel and наживить fastening bolts.
11. Наживить a new nut of fastening of a nave (on models of release after January, 1988 – a special bolt).
12. To lower the car on wheels.
13. To tighten a nut of a semiaxis the moment 280 Н·м (28,0 кгс·м). On models of release after January, 1988 to tighten a special bolt the moment 200 Н·м (20,0 кгс·м), and then to tighten on a turn quarter (90 °).
14. To tighten bolts of fastening of a wheel in regular intervals the moment 110 Н·м (11,0 кгс·м).
15. To check up adjustment of corners of installation of wheels at servicing deport.
