8.3.2. Removal and transmission installation Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1) disconnect a wire of the negative plug of the accumulator

2) turn off three top bolts of fastening of the engine and a transmission

3) disconnect a wire of grounding of a transmission from a transmission

4) remove sockets of connection of a sending device of a speedometer and a multipurpose sending device

5) disconnect wires from the gauge of the maintenance of oxygen and a heating element of the gauge

6) remove a protective plate of the engine

7) disconnect an exhaust pipe from a collector

8) separate an exhaust pipe behind the catalyst and remove a pipe and the catalyst

9) remove карданный a shaft

10) remove a back cross-section beam
11) remove a bolt of fastening of draught of a gear change to a transmission and leave draught to hang
12) remove a protective plate of a transmission
13) remove a filter of the right semiaxis
14) disconnect semiaxes from a transmission, turn a steering wheel against the stop to the right and fix semiaxes having adhered them to a body
15) remove the working cylinder of coupling
16) disconnect cross-section draught from a shaft of a steering column and turn wheels to the left
17) establish the engine on a support
18) establish a transmission on a support
19) remove fastening on a back left part of a transmission and forward fastening of the engine
20) remove the thermal screen from the rubber plug
21) remove an arm of fastening of the rubber plug from a transmission
22) remove the rubber plug
23) remove a bolt directing a rope of a tension of a seat belt on a back left part of a transmission. Clean ropes that they did not disturb to removal
24) lower a back stretcher on the left side, having turned off fastening bolts (are specified by arrows)
25) remove remaining bolts of fastening of a transmission and the engine
26) remove a transmission

Installation

Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. At installation pay attention to the following:

Establish the working cylinder of coupling into place by means of the lever so that the bolt was inserted easily.
The prevention
Check up, that centering plugs have been established in the block of cylinders before installation.
