The heater fan

If the ware box is opened or removed, there is accessible an engine of the fan (4). It is inserted from below into an air line (1). Resistors and a thermoswitch (3) on an illustration are removed together with the tip (2). At installation to watch that the block of resistance did not break tightness of an air line. If necessary to apply hermetic. |
The fan engine has four speeds which are established by regulator turn «Access of air and the fan» on the instrument panel. Speed of the fan varies by connection of resistors with various resistance (or by their inclusion of one behind another). Resistance are connected to a wire conducting on the case ("weight"), to the fan engine. Current giving (through a safety lock), thus, remains to a constant – contact on "weight" "improves or"worsens"only.
Search of malfunctions of the engine of the fan

- If the fan does not work at any position of the switch, at first you should check up a corresponding safety lock (tables in head Kuzovnaja electrosystem).
- If, despite a serviceable safety lock, screen wipers do not work also, means, the reason in the unloading relay of contact Х (the electrosystem see head Kuzovnaja).
- Check of the engine of the fan: to open a ware box, slightly to pull downwards lock latches of a box and to lift over edge of the instrument panel. Thereby it is possible to cast away a box completely.
- To disconnect the bipolar tip from the fan engine, to lay auxiliary wires to two released connecting contacts: from a positive conclusion of the accumulator to contact where there was a black-dark blue wire, from a negative conclusion of the accumulator to contact where there was a brown-red wire.
- If the fan engine is serviceable, it should work with the maximum speed. Otherwise to replace.
- If the fan works not on all speeds, that, probably, one of resistance is faulty.
- To remove additional resistance, to spend visual check. In case one of resistance has fused, it is necessary to replace all block of resistors.
- If additional resistance are perfectly in order, along with rupture of conducting by a cause of defect there can be a rotary regulator on the instrument panel – completely to replace a heating drive.

Removal of the engine of the fan of salon
The engine of the fan of salon отбалансирован together with крыльчаткой, replacement only both parts in the complete set therefore is possible.

- Completely to remove a ware box.
- The engine of the fan of salon is inserted from below into a heater air line.
- To press a screw-driver a fixing uvula on the brink of the case, to turn the fan case in an air line to the right (clockwise) and to take out it.
- To get from an air line jammed dust.

Removal of resistors
|
|
- To remove a ware box (has undressed Salon).
- To turn out screws with crosswise шлицем under a skeleton of resistors (there where are available).
- To wring out downwards fixing скобу and to extend a skeleton downwards.
- At installation to watch that the skeleton sat in an air line really densely.
