THE GENERAL DATA

The prevention
After removal or replacement of the main brake cylinder or the vacuum amplifier the switch of a signal of braking should be checked up and is if necessary adjusted.

The switch of stoplights is in the top part of a pedal of a brake. By each pressing a pedal of a brake the switch provides fire of a signal of braking.

Switch adjustment

For switch adjustment release counternuts (1); tightening or turning on the switch (2), expose a correct backlash.

At not pressed pedal of a brake measure distance between an emphasis point плунжера the switch on a pedal and its case. Compare the received value to the specified distance And in subsection 10.2.

If the measured value of a backlash more specified disconnect a wire from the switch, release counternuts and, tightening or turning on the switch, adjust distance. Attach conducting and check up switch work.
