10.15. Hoses and lines of a hydrodrive of brakes

THE GENERAL DATA

Hoses and lines of a hydrodrive of brakes should be checked through each 20000 km or each 2 years (depending on that will come earlier).

Check

Lift the car and establish on supports, then check up flexible hoses on presence of cracks, swellings, leaks and other damages. It is the important and vulnerable part of brake system and consequently it should be checked carefully. Metal tubes should be checked up on corrosion presence. If on hoses or tubes there are specified damages replace them.

Replacement of flexible hoses

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Clear hose tips. Prepare the suitable container for draining of a liquid after a hose detachment. 2. To disconnect a hose from outside tubes, keep a key a hose for шестигранные лыски on a hose tip (the right bottom arrow), and release an union nut on a metal tube (the right top arrow) with the help накидного a key with a cut. If the nut does not turn away, drip on it a getting liquid. After a detachment of a hose from a metal tube, remove spring скобу and disconnect a hose from an arm. 3. Disconnect flexible hoses from a support having turned out them. Muffle an aperture in a support. 4. Installation is carried out upside-down. Be convinced that arms of a good condition and counternuts are reliably tightened. Replace spring скобу if it does not keep a hose. 5. Be convinced that hoses do not adjoin to suspension bracket and steering details, having asked the assistant to turn a wheel in both parties against the stop. 6. Upon termination of remove air from a hydrodrive (subsection 10.16 see).

Replacement of metal brake tubes

At replacement of tubes of a highway of a hydrodrive always establish the tubes got in car-care centre of the manufacturer.

The tubes delivered in spare parts by the manufacturer, straight lines, in a place are not curved. For giving of the corresponding form it is necessary to take advantage трубогибным of the device.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Lift the receiver and carefully measure length for which pick up new and bend in accuracy on the removed. The minimum radius of a bend should not be less than 14 mm.
