Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift redock of the car and remove wheels.
2. Designate position карданного the hinge of a steering shaft that at assemblage not to break its initial installation. Turn away a nut and a bolt of fastening of the bottom part карданного the hinge to the steering mechanism. Turn away a nut and a bolt of fastening of the top part of the hinge, submit the hinge upwards, deduce from gearing with shaft of a gear wheel of the steering mechanism and remove the hinge. Check up a condition of the hinge and deterioration rubber муфты. At detection of signs of deterioration the hinge replace.
3. On cars with the hydraulic booster remove a liquid from a tank.
4. Disconnect hoses from the steering mechanism, having turned away bolts накидных unions, and merge the liquid rests.
5. Disconnect tips of steering draughts.

6. Turn away a nut and bolts of an arm of the steering mechanism.
7. Get the steering mechanism from under the car, without supposing damage of covers.
8. Installation is carried out upside-down. At assemblage combine the labels put before dismantling on карданном the hinge, replace самоподжимные nuts of fastening of the steering mechanism and a lining of unions of hoses of the hydraulic booster. Tighten all connections with the set moments.
9. Lower the car, fill in a liquid in a tank of the hydraulic booster and remove air (subsection 11.2.6 see).

10. Upon termination of check up corners of installation of wheels in car-care centre.
