The top cover of a chain can be removed separately. For removal of both covers the special tool is required.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect the battery from weight. 2. For removal of the bottom cover remove the fan with a casing (subsection 4.6 see), a radiator (subsection 4.5 see) and a pulley of a belt of the fan (subsection 4.6 see). 3. Remove the pump of a cooling liquid (subsection 4.7 see). 4. On a part of cars uncover the ignition distributor, бегунок and a plastic casing of black colour under бегунком. 5. Uncover heads of cylinders (subsection 3.1.5 see). 6. Easy blows of a hammer through the prorate destroy consolidation between a cover and the block of cylinders, uncover. 12. Cautiously clear condensed planes of a cover and the block of cylinders of the rests of consolidations, having taken measures against damage of planes.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Replace a forward epiploon (subsection 3.1.12 see). 2. Put hermetic drops on demountable planes of the pallet and the bottom cover of a chain, and also to the place of a joint of a lining and the block of cylinders. After drawing of hermetic assemblage should be finished not later than through 10 mines, otherwise hermetic will harden. 4. Establish the top cover of a chain, having cut off an edge acting parts of a lining. 5. Further assemblage is carried out upside-down.
