| 1. Disconnect the battery from weight and merge cooling liquid (subsection 2.33 see). |
| 2. Remove all belts of hinged units. |
| 3. Remove a casing of the fan and the fan. |
| 4. Remove from the pump a pulley and disconnect hoses (the Pump of a cooling liquid fig. see 4-cylinder engines). |

5. Turn away bolts and remove the pump. |
| 6. Carefully clear a demountable plane of a cover of the lining rests. |
| 7. Installation is carried out upside-down. Bolts tighten with the set moment. |

| 1. Disconnect the battery from weight and merge cooling liquid. |
| 2. Remove a gear belt. |
| 3. Remove an arm of the generator and remove from the pump the thermostat. |
| 4. Disconnect from the pump hose N2 of a cooler. |
| 5. Turn away bolts and remove the pump (fig. Bolts of the pump 3,0 see). Disconnect hoses. |
| 6. Carefully clear a demountable plane of a cover of the consolidation rests. |
| 7. Installation is carried out upside-down. On a pump plane put the hermetic platen. Bolts tighten with the set moment. Keep in mind that bolts of the pump of the engine have of 3,0 l the different sizes (fig. Bolts of the pump 3,0 see). |
