| 1. Disconnect a cable from draught (subsection 5.9 see). |
| 2. Release a cable from collars in a motor compartment. |
| 3. Turn away a bolt of a collar of a cable on картере the hydrotransformer. |
| 4. Remove the pallet. |

5. On transmissions A340F/А340Е отверниет 3 bolts also remove solenoidal valves. |

| 6. Remove tubes, on transmission А43 they can be got, having hooked a screw-driver then 5 screws of the filter of rough cleaning (drawing at the left are necessary to turn on). For removal of tubes on transmission А340Е подденте their screw-driver (drawing on the right). |

7. In transmission А340F there is only 1 tube. For removal подденте a tube a screw-driver. |

8. Remove the filter of rough clearing of transmission (if it is provided). |
| 9. Turn away 17 bolts and remove the case of valves (cм. Fig. Bolts of the case of valves трансмисии А43D and fig. Bolts of the case of valves трансмисии А34О). At assemblage of the case of valves of transmission A43D it is necessary to wrap bolts which have different length, in сооответствии with the scheme. At assemblage of the case of valves of transmission A430 it is necessary to wrap bolts in сооответствии with the scheme. Before отворачиванием last bolt hold the case with the assistant. |

10. Lower the case and disconnect a cable from a cam. |

| 11. Get a cable from transmission. On transmission А43 push out a cable of 10 mm – a face head (drawing at the left). On transmission А340 turn away a bolt and get a cable (drawing on the right). |
| 12. Pass a new cable. On transmission А340 tighten a bolt. |
| 13. Attach a cable to a cam. |

| 14. Before installation of the case of valves combine a flute on the valve of a manual drive with a pin on the lever (in drawing transmission А43 at the left is shown, in drawing on the right – transmission А340). |
|
15. Bend a cable so that the curvature radius was about 200 mm. Push a cable to sensation of a weakness in resistance and расклепайте the terminator on distance of 0,8-1,5 mm from an end face of a cover of a cable. |

16. Further assemblage is carried out upside-down. If necessary adjust a cable.
