| 1. Remove a steering wheel. |

| 2. Remove a cover, turn off fixing nuts and remove wires of the combined switches. |
| 3. Remove an instrument guard and a shelf. |
|
4. Disconnect a connection socket (it is specified by an arrow) from the switch of the lock of ignition and remove wires from a steering column. |
| 5. Turn off a fixing bolt of a casing of the lock. |
|
6. Turn off fixing nuts, get bolts and get a column from a fixing arm. Remove the lock.

| 7. For replacement of a drum of the lock, drill an aperture in a point shown in drawings (at the left – for models Audi 100, on the right – Audi А6) for access reception to a lock latch. Insert a key into a lock crack, press on a latch and get a drum. |
