HEAD OF CYLINDERS

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Carefully examine head surfaces on presence of cracks and damages. At detection of any damages address to experts. 2. By means of a ruler and probeа check up deformation of a surface of a head, if necessary a head it is necessary to process on the machine tool. For this purpose address to experts.

CAMSHAFT

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Examine cams and necks of bearings of a camshaft on presence of deterioration and damages. If necessary it is necessary to spend replacement of a camshaft, a head and covers of bearings. 2. Measure a free wheeling of a camshaft by means of the special measuring device. 3. Check up a lubricant backlash of each bearing of a camshaft. 4. Clean solvent bearings and covers of bearings. Establish shaft on places. Put on each bearing a strip of measuring plastic. Establish covers of bearings and tighten bolts of covers. 5. Unscrew bolts and remove covers. Compare width of the compressed strip to the measuring table. If necessary replace a camshaft or a head of cylinders. 6. Clean off the plastic rests.

VALVES

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Examine heads and saddles of valves. If heads and saddles have slightly scorched, they can be ground the most special abrasive paste, but it is better, if you address to experts. 2. Measure diameters of rods of valves. 3. Check up a backlash between a rod of the valve and the directing plug if it exceeds admissible norms, address to experts. 4. Examine springs of valves on presence of damages and compare their length to length of new springs. If necessary replace springs. 5. Check up, that springs were straight lines.

Assemblage

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To reach full tightness between the valve and its saddle, it is necessary to grind adjoining surfaces of the valve and a saddle. 2. Put special abrasive paste on a valve head, insert it into place and by means of the special tool turn in the parties. 3. Establish saddles of springs. 4. Oil rods of valves and insert them on places. 5. Put on rods plastic caps. 6. Establish epiploons of rods and remove protective caps. 7. Establish springs. 8. Establish plates of springs. 9. Cожмите springs also insert конусные plugs. 10. Grease and establish pushers.

1. Grease bearings and cams of shaft and establish shaft. Establish epiploons of shaft, establish an automatic regulator of shaft. Grease and establish covers of bearings. 2. Tighten bolts of covers N2 and 4. 3. Tighten bolts of covers N1 4. Remove a stopper of a regulator of shaft and put hermetic on contact surfaces of the combined cover. Establish a cover and tighten bolts. 5. Tighten bolts of covers N3 and 5.

1. Grease bearings and shaft cams. 2. Establish a shaft. 3. Oil and establish a camshaft epiploon. 4. Establish covers N2 and 4 and tighten bolts. 5. Put hermetic on joints of cover N1, establish covers N1, 3 and 5 and tighten bolts.

1. Grease bearings and cams of shaft and establish shaft. 2. Establish a chain on asterisks of camshafts. Combine синхрониционные labels. 3. Establish an epiploon of a shaft of final valves. 4. Labels of covers (marksman) of bearings should be directed towards an inlet collector. 5. Establish covers N2 and 4 and tighten nuts, then establish the remained covers and tighten their nuts.
