6.3.7. Replacement of atomizers

THE GENERAL DATA

Damage of atomizers can cause strong knock in the engine. In this case to leave the engine to idle and serially to turn on fastening nuts топливопроводов to atomizers. If at отворачивании the next nut knock stops, means this atomizer is faulty. At atomizer servicing deports it is possible to check up by means of a manometre. The main signs of damage of atomizers: faults in engine work, knock in one or several cylinders, an engine overheat, falling of capacity of the engine, a black smoke from an exhaust pipe, the high expense of fuel.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To wash out топливопроводы washing structure with cold water. 2. To turn away a fastening nut топливопроводов and to remove топливопроводы. Thus it is impossible to bend топливопроводы or to change their form. 3. To turn out atomizers. 4. To replace sealing washers between atomizers and a head of the block of cylinders. To establish washers, as is shown in drawing (the arrow is directed to a head of cylinders). 5. To wrap new atomizers and to tighten the moment 70 Н·м (7,0 кгс·м). 6. To establish топливоприводы, to tighten nuts of fastening by the moment 25 Н·м (2,5 кгс·м).
