Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove a lock ring 2 and a persistent washer 3.
2. To remove a gear wheel of 4 4th transfers and the needle bearing 5, having marked it.
3. To remove a lock ring 7.
4. To mark position муфты and naves of the synchronizer concerning a shaft.
5. To press the synchronizer 8 in gathering with blocking rings 6 both 9 and a gear wheel of 10 3rd transfers (putting effort to a gear wheel of 3rd transfer).
6. To remove the needle bearing of 11 gear wheels of 3rd transfer and to mark it.
7. To press from a shaft an internal ring of the average bearing.

Assemblage

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Напрессовать on a shaft an internal ring of the average bearing.
2. To establish on a primary shaft the needle bearing of 11 gear wheels of 3rd transfer, preliminary having greased it трансмиссионным with oil.
3. To establish a gear wheel of 10 3rd transfers.
4. To establish the synchronizer of 3rd and 4th transfers in gathering with blocking rings according to earlier made labels. (Dismantling and synchronizer assemblage are described in subsection 7.4.1.4). Thus the backlash between a gear wheel of 5th transfer and a blocking ring should be 1,0–1,9 mm (is minimum admissible backlash of 0,5 mm). Otherwise it is necessary to replace blocking ring.
5. To establish a lock ring 7.
6. To establish the needle bearing 5 and a gear wheel of 4 4th transfers on a shaft.
7. To establish a persistent washer 3 and a lock ring 2.
8. To check up with the help probeа an axial backlash between a gear wheel of 4th transfer and a persistent washer which should be 0,10–0,40 mm. If the backlash does not correspond specified, to pick up a new persistent washer 3 demanded thickness and to replace. In spare parts deliver persistent washers in the thickness 3,47; 3,57 and 3,67 mm.
