PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove blocking rings from the synchronizer.
2. To mark position муфты concerning a nave.
3. To remove springs and to take out crackers from nave grooves.
4. To remove муфту from a nave.
5. To check up a backlash between gear wheels and corresponding blocking rings (a) which for rings of the synchronizer of 1st and 2nd transfers should be 1,10–1,70 mm, and for rings of the synchronizer of 3rd and 4th transfers of 1,35-1,90 mm (is minimum admissible backlash of 0,5 mm). Otherwise it is necessary to replace blocking ring.
6. To put on муфту a nave according to earlier made labels.
7. To insert into grooves of a nave crackers.
8. To establish from two parties of a nave of a spring. Thus unbent end of one of springs should be inserted into one of crackers, and the unbent end of the second spring should be established in any other cracker. Thus the direction of a coil of the second spring should be opposite to the first.
9. To establish blocking rings so that crackers have entered into grooves available in rings.
