Adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1) remove a casing from the mechanism

2) ослабьте an inhaling of nuts 1 and 2 also remove a clip 3

3) turn arms of a rope throttle заслонки against the stop (position at which throttle заслонка it is completely open) and keep them in such position

4) the tool 3004 (two screw coupling муфты) can be used for deduction of arms of a rope throttle заслонки in position at which throttle заслонка it is completely open. If you do not have tool 3004, use two screw coupling муфты the suitable size. Hook on one end муфты for the lever of the bottom arm of a rope and other end – for a bottom edge of a rack of a cowl

5) establish the plug, length 17 mm between a pedal of an accelerator and the pedal terminator

6) squeeze out an accelerator pedal up to the end that it has rested against the plug, and keep it in such position (to you the assistant is required)

7) pull a rope of a pedal of an accelerator in a direction of an arrow and establish a clip 3

8) pull a rope to a transmission in an arrow direction yet will not feel resistance of a spring of inclusion of a hill-climbing gear

9) turn a nut 1 towards an arm and tighten a nut 2

10) remove the tool 3004 (screw coupling муфты)

Adjustment, check

When the accelerator pedal is not pressed, the lever throttle заслонки should rest against the terminator for idling.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1) squeeze out a pedal of an accelerator before position at which throttle заслонка it is completely open

2) the pedal end should is in 15–20 mm from the pedal terminator

3) squeeze out a pedal of an accelerator to the terminator

4) the lever of switching of a transmission should concern the gear change terminator

5) the spring between rope arms should be compressed
