Front-wheel models

- To raise the car from both parties.
- To provide car fixing.
- To remove a wheel.
- To bring a support under an axis from that party from which the amortisation rack will act in film, and thus to raise an axis approximately on 10 mm.
- To weaken the bottom fixing bolt on an amortisation rack.
- To weaken four top fixing bolts on an amortisation rack. Thus to hold a rack.
- To remove an amortisation rack.
- At installation at first to tighten the top bolts of an amortisation rack (55 Н•м).
- Freely to put the bottom fastening of an amortisation rack, thus to replace самоконтрящуюся a nut.
- To lower the car on the earth all four wheels.
- Only now to tighten the bottom fixing bolt of an amortisation rack the moment 240 Н•м. Rezino-metal plugs Otherwise can warp.

- To unscrew the bottom fixing bolt on an amortisation rack.
- To weaken four top fixing bolts on an amortisation rack. Thus to hold a rack that all suspension bracket of the back bridge has not hit from within about a wing.
- To weaken and remove a fixing bolt of the cross-section lever of a suspension bracket at the top of an amortisation rack.
- To remove an amortisation rack.
- At installation freely to put the bottom fastening of an amortisation rack, thus to replace самоконтрящуюся a nut and bolts.
- To tighten the top bolts of an amortisation rack (55 Н•м).
- Freely to screw a fixing bolt of the top cross-section lever of a suspension bracket, here too to replace bolts and самоконтрящиеся nuts.
- To lower the car on the earth all four wheels. If to tighten bolts of a suspension bracket of wheels on the raised car rezino-metal plugs will warp.
- Only now to tighten the bottom fixing nut of an amortisation rack the moment 90 Н•м and in summary to turn on 1/2 turns (90 °).
- To tighten a nut of a fixing bolt of the top cross-section lever of a suspension bracket the moment 70 Н•м and in summary to turn on 1/2 turns (180 °).

Removal of back shock-absorbers
Front-wheel models
Before replacement of shock-absorbers it is necessary to establish, what running gear is established on your car. Only in this case you can order the necessary shock-absorbers. It can be learnt on the carrier of parametres of the car – the tablet pasted in a niche of a spare wheel under a rug. Marks mean:
- 1ВА – serial execution
- 1ВЕ – a sports variant
- 1ВВ – execution for bad roads
Now it is possible to begin:

- To remove an amortisation rack.
- To establish натяжитель springs on coils of springs and a few to compress a spring.

- To remove the top rubber support of an amortisation rack.

- To hold the shock-absorber and to remove it after nut removal.
- To remove springs and other details from the shock-absorber.
- At assemblage to pay attention:
- The bottom end of a spring at correct installation is directed on a car left-hand side back, and on right forward.
- Colour marks on a spring specify a direction downwards to a spring plate.
- The fastening aperture below on the shock-absorber shows perpendicularly to a movement direction.
- Assemblage of elements should be made in an order specified in drawing below.
- Installation of an amortisation rack is described in the previous section.

Removal of the back shock-absorber
All-wheel drive models
At all-wheel drive cars (Audi 80 quattro) the shock-absorber separates from the removed amortisation rack with the help натяжителя springs. It to execute easily.
It becomes heavier at installation: the corner of the bottom fastening of the shock-absorber to the top fastening of the shock-absorber should make in the established condition precisely 21 ± 2 °. - To raise a back part of the car and to fix it.
