10.3.3. Replacement of covers of hinges of equal angular speeds

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a power shaft.

2. Remove collars (fastenings of a protective cover of a power shaft are specified by arrows) and shift a rubber protective cover on a power shaft.

3. Using flat-nose pliers or screw-drivers, expand a lock ring (it is specified by an arrow), which крепит the power shaft hinge to a power shaft.

4. Using a rubber hammer or киянку, bring down the hinge from a power shaft.

5. Shift a protective cover from a power shaft.

6. Clean old greasing from the hinge of equal angular speeds.

7. Establish a new protective cover on a power shaft so that the flange of a protective cover was established in power shaft flutes.

8. Establish the hinge of equal angular speeds with a new lock ring on a power shaft. Thus the lock ring should be fixed accurately in a power shaft flute.

9. Fill the hinge of equal angular speeds with greasing.

10. Establish a protective cover on the hinge of equal angular speeds, then let the air out from under a protective cover.

11. Establish a power shaft on the car.
