For adjustment of an inclination of a steering wheel pull the clamp lever, establish a wheel in the necessary position and release the lever.

The prevention
It is forbidden to regulate position of a wheel during movement.

After adjustment be convinced that the wheel is reliably fixed, having shaken it upwards and downwards.
