Final valves of the 6-cylinder engine capacity to 174 h.p. for heat-conducting path improvement are filled by sodium. It is impossible to send these valves at once in a breakage as because of sodium presence there is a danger of explosion at a meltdown. Application of these valves in quality of "the special tool", for example, a punch is similarly inadmissible. Therefore it is recommended to transfer these valves to workshop care on repair AUDI. 1. Remove a head of cylinders. The prevention If details of a drive of valves are used repeatedly, they should be established on the former places. That there was no shift of details by places, it is recommended to prepare corresponding укладочную a board. 2. Remove a camshaft. 3. Tarelchatye pushers mark and pull out. Crackers, and together with them and springs of valves it is possible to remove valves also by means of a standard stripper of springs of valves. For this purpose first of all should be removed, depending on circumstances, inlet or final branch pipes. 6. Compress springs of the valve and take out crackers. Remove the top plate of springs of valves and a spring of valves. The valve take out. 7. Remove маслосъемный a cap. 8. The bottom plates of springs of valves – the marksman – remove by means of special tool V.A.G-3047 or HAZET 791-5/791-2.

Installation

1. Before installation of valves check up and if necessary дообработайте or grind in saddles of valves.
