3.1.3.5. Replacement маслосъемных caps of valves

THE GENERAL DATA

Worn out маслосъемные caps of valves are at the bottom of the high expense of oil the engine. Maslosemnye caps can act in film and at the established head of cylinders. For this purpose first of all with V.A.G-541/1 or HAZET 2577-2, and special tools V.A.G-2036 are necessary for the petrol engine also compressed air.

The prevention

Here the description of removal for the petrol engine is given. For the diesel engine compressed air is not required. The piston of the corresponding cylinder first of all should be put in ВМТ.

Spark plug in a cut

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a camshaft and тарельчатые pushers. 2. The piston of the corresponding cylinder put in position НМТ. For this purpose a face key for a bolt of fastening of a belt pulley turn a cranked shaft so that dredging on a belt pulley has coincided with an adjusting label on a casing of a gear belt (the piston of the cylinder 1 is now in ВМТ). Simultaneously pistons of cylinders 2 and 3 are in НМТ. A remennyj pulley of a cranked shaft mark below a chalk, then ременный a pulley turn on 1/2 turns (180 degrees) while the cretaceous mark will not coincide with an adjusting label. Now pistons 1 and 4 are in НМТ. 3. Turn out all spark plugs. 4. An adapter of a hose of compressed air V.A.G-653/3 or HAZET 3428 screw in an aperture of a spark plug of the corresponding cylinder. 5. If the adapter is not present, it can be made of an old spark plug. For this purpose an electrode of weight 1 remove (fig. the Spark plug in a cut) see. A screw-driver destroy a ceramic insulator 2, then, shaking the central electrode every which way, break off it and pull out. The rest of the central electrode together with fibreglass 4 and a connecting electrode 5 beat out approaching выколоткой (about 3 mm). Thus a spark plug clamp in a vice or insert into a corresponding face head. Attention: In order to avoid damage of a carving to a head of cylinders, the candle carving should not have damages. 6. The prepared spark plug screw in the corresponding cylinder and connect to a hose of compressed air. 7. Constantly force in the cylinder the compressed air under the pressure of not less than 6 bar. 8. Special tool V.A.G 2036 tighten on racks of bearings 1 and 4 and compress springs of valves adaptation V.A.G 541/1. It is possible to use and adaptation HAZET 2577. In this case the basic device applied on the adaptation tighten to hairpins of fastening of a camshaft and compress springs of the valve a stripper. The prevention The piston should be thus in НМТ. 9. Take out crackers, ослабьте springs. The prevention Strongly sitting crackers to weaken easy blows of a hammer on mount. 10. Take out plates of springs of valves and a spring of valves. 11. Take out маслосъемный a cap. In workshops for removal special tools (V.A.G 10-218, V.A.G 3047, HAZET 791-5 or shock stripper HAZET 791-2) are used. As a rule, маслосъемные caps sit very strongly. Therefore for removal it is necessary to use a shock stripper.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. The plastic plug – And – (it is delivered together with маслосъемными caps) dress on a valve core. A maslosemnyj cap – In – slightly oil, insert into rebuffing device V.A.G 10-204 or HAZET 2577 and cautiously pull on directing the valve. The plug and rebuffing device remove. The prevention If assemblage is carried out without application of the plastic plug маслосъемные caps are damaged! Thereof the engine spends too much oil. 2. Establish springs of valves and a plate of springs of valves, compress springs. 3. Insert crackers, ослабьте springs. 4. Replace in the same way all маслосъемные caps. Establish тарельчатые pushers and a camshaft.
