Adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To weaken an inhaling of a bolt 24 клеммного connections of draught of switching with a side scene 22.
2. To remove the handle of the lever of a gear change and a casing.
3. To establish the gear change lever vertically on a line of inclusion of 3rd and 4th transfers.
4. To tighten клеммовое connection of draught by a bolt 24, thus a transmission should be in neutral position.
5. To include 1st transfer.
6. To move the gear change lever to the left against the stop.
7. To release the lever. It should come back in former position, thus moving should be from 5 to 10 mm. This value should achieve moving of the hinge of the lever to longitudinal apertures.
8. To include serially all transfers and to pay attention to efficiency of blocking of a backing.
9. To establish into place a casing of the lever of a gear change and to screw the handle.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To establish into place a transmission, preliminary having greased шлицы a primary shaft with a thin layer of graphite greasing.
2. To wrap the bottom bolts of fastening of a transmission to the engine and bolts of fastening of an arm of a transmission to a beam of a forward suspension bracket.
3. To connect draught of a gear change to a side scene of the switch of transfers of a transmission, without tightening клеммовое connection.
4. To establish the bottom protective cover картера couplings.
5. To connect drives of wheels to flanges of target shaft of differential, to tighten bolts of fastening by the demanded moment.
6. To establish a reception pipe of mufflers, having laid a new lining between flanges.
7. To lower the lift.
8. To attach a cable of a drive of coupling to the lever of a plug of deenergizing of coupling.
9. To connect a cable of a drive of a speedometer.
10. To wrap the top bolts of fastening of a transmission to the engine.
11. To wrap bolts of fastening of an arm of a transmission to a body.
12. To adjust the gear change mechanism.
13. To adjust a free wheeling of a pedal of coupling (subsection 7.2.2 or subsection 7.3.1 subitem 1-3 see).
14. To attach a wire to "the minus" plug of the storage battery.
