Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To establish the car on a viewing ditch.
2. To establish an emphasis under forward wheels.
3. To weaken bolts of fastening of back wheels.
4. To establish a support under the back bridge and to lower the car.
5. To weaken an inhaling of an adjusting nut of the equalizer of a drive of a lay brake and to disconnect from the equalizer drive cables.
6. To disconnect both cables of a drive of a lay brake from arms on a body, having removed clips and having weakened an inhaling of counternuts.
7. On models with system of stabilisation of a body to turn on two nuts of fastening of an arm of the accumulator of pressure and to suspend the pressure accumulator on a wire to a body, without disconnecting from it hoses.
8. To disconnect brake hoses from pipelines, having turned away a nut of fastening from both parties of the back bridge. To muffle apertures of pipelines and to disconnect them from holders on the back bridge.
9. To turn away a fastening nut, to take out a bolt and to disconnect cross-section jet draught from the back bridge.
10. To weaken an inhaling of a nut and to disconnect a spring of a regulator of pressure from an arm of the back bridge.
11. To turn away a nut and to take out bolts of the bottom fastening of telescopic racks from both parties.
12. To turn away bolts of fastening and to disconnect longitudinal levers from longerons from both parties.
13. To raise a back part of the car and to roll out from under it the back bridge.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To establish the back bridge.
2. To connect longitudinal levers to longerons and to wrap fastening bolts by hand, without tightening.
3. To raise the back bridge, to insert bolts of the bottom fastening of telescopic racks and to wrap new nuts by hand, without tightening.
4. To connect to the back bridge cross-section jet draught, to insert a bolt of fastening of shock-absorbers and to wrap new nuts by hand, without tightening.
5. To connect to an arm of the back bridge a spring of a regulator of pressure and to tighten a nut of fastening by the moment 25 Н·м (2,5 кгс·м).
6. To connect to brake tubes brake hoses. To insert brake tubes in holders on the back bridge.
7. To connect cables of a drive of a lay brake.
8. To establish into place the accumulator of pressure and to wrap nuts of fastening of its arm.
9. To tighten bolts of fastening of wheels on the car standing on the earth, in regular intervals the moment 110 Н·м (11,0 кгс·м).
10. To tighten a nut of fastening of cross-section jet draught and new nuts of bolts of the bottom fastening of shock-absorbers the moment 90 Н·м (9,0 кгс·м), and bolts of fastening of longitudinal draughts – the moment 95 Н·м (9,5 кгс·м).
11. To adjust a lay brake (subsection 10.13.1 see) and to pump over brake system (subsection 10.15 see).
10. The bottom bolts of fastening картера couplings to the block of cylinders.
