10.15. Prorolling of brake system

THE GENERAL DATA

The prevention

The given operation is carried out together, with safety precautions observance as the brake liquid is toxic.

Sequence at prorolling of all system:

 – A back right wheel;
 – A back left wheel;
 – A forward right wheel;
 – A forward left wheel.

If works only with a brake of one wheel were spent enough to pump over the cylinder only this wheel.

The prevention

For доливки or replacements to use only a new brake liquid.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To clear of a dirt and a dust the valve of release of air on a wheel from which air will leave. 2. To check up and if necessary to add a brake liquid in a tank to the maximum mark. 3. To remove a protective cap from the valve of release of air and to put on a valve head a rubber hose for liquid plum. 4. To ship the hose end in the pure transparent vessel partially filled with a brake liquid. 5. Sharply to press a pedal of a brake of 4-5 times (with an interval between pressing 1–2), and then, leaving a pedal pressed to turn on on 1/2–3/4 turns the valve of release of air. Thus in a liquid following from a hose air vials will be visible. After вытекание liquids from a hose will stop, to wrap densely valve of release of air and to release a brake pedal. 6. To repeat item 3 until allocation of vials from a following liquid completely will not stop. Thus it is necessary to watch level of a brake liquid in a tank and to add a brake liquid in a tank, without supposing большего level decrease in it. 7. To remove a hose, to wipe the end of the valve and to put on it a cap. 8. To pump over, if it is required, brake mechanisms of other wheels. 9. To add in a tank to necessary level a brake liquid. The prevention If prorolling of brake system is executed insufficiently carefully by pressing a pedal in the end of its course raised "softness" of a pedal will be felt.
