2.9. Check and restoration of level of a liquid in a wheel
THE GENERAL DATA

Tank of the pump of the hydraulic booster
 Falling of level below norm leads to failure of the pump of the hydraulic booster.

On a part of cars the tank of the pump of the hydraulic booster is mounted in the left part of a motor compartment. In a tank stopper it is built in probe. On a part of cars the tank of the hydraulic booster of a wheel is united with a tank of the hydraulic booster of brakes.
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Warm up the engine and idling turn a wheel in both parties, thereby having removed air from system. Turn out a stopper with probeом, wipe, again wrap a stopper, then again turn out and check up level on edge of a film of a liquid on probeе. Liquid level should be between two risks (arrows specify control risks).
2. On cars with the hydraulic booster of brakes press 10 times a brake pedal, turn on накидную a nut, remove a stopper and be convinced that liquid level is not below 6 mm from a tank upper edge.
3. If necessary add a liquid.
4. Frequent доливка liquids are specified on подтекание in hydraulic booster hoses, in unions of hoses, in the hydraulic booster pump, and also in the steering mechanism, by necessity of careful check and malfunction elimination.
5. Check up a tension of a belt of a drive of the pump of the hydraulic booster of a wheel.
