3.1.3.4.1. Replacement трансмиссионной liquids in an automatic transmission

THE GENERAL DATA

Before сливом трансмиссионной liquids allow a transmission to cool down.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Unscrew all screws of fastening of the pallet of a transmission except for the screw which should be unscrewed through some turns.

2. Separate the pallet from a lining and as the pallet end is inclined downwards, merge a liquid in the suitable container.

3. Unscrew the remained screw and remove the pallet. Remove a lining of the pallet or remove all traces of hermetic.

4. Release fixing скобы and remove the filter with a sealing ring. Wash out the filter in solvent and dry up it. If the filter is hammered or damaged, replace it.

5. Establish the filter with a new sealing ring of round section.

6. Check up that interfaced surfaces of the pallet and картера transmissions pure and dry. Establish the pallet with a new lining or with the layer of hermetic in diameter of 5 mm put on the interfaced surface of the oil pallet. The pallet which should be established with a lining, has intensifying edges, and the pallet established on hermetic, has obvious ledges.

7. Fill in in a transmission demanded quantity трансмиссионной liquids and check up level.
