3.1.3.2.1. Replacement of a filtering element of the air filter MODELS WITH THE CARBURETTOR

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Uncover the air filter for what unscrew the central nut (drawing at the left) or a bolt and release spring clips (drawing on the right), the covers located on perimetre.

2. Uncover the air filter.

3. Take filtering element of the air filter.

4. Being careful, clear an internal surface of a casing of the air filter.

5. Establish a new filtering element, close a cover of the air filter and fix its nut and spring clamps.

MODELS WITH SYSTEM OF INJECTION OF FUEL

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Models 1,4 and 1,6 l

1. Uncover the air filter for what unscrew the central nut or a bolt and release the spring clips located on perimetre of a cover.

2. Uncover and take filtering element of the air filter.

3. Being careful, clear an internal surface of a casing of the air filter.

4. Establish a new filtering element, close a cover of the air filter and fix its nut and spring clamps.

Models 1,8 and 2,0 l with 8th valves

5. On these models the air filter is located in a casing of the gauge of a measuring instrument of a stream of air. Release a clamp and disconnect an electric socket from the gauge of a measuring instrument of a stream of air. Disconnect the main air line.

6. Release spring скобы fastenings of a cover of the air filter.

7. Uncover the air filter with the gauge of a measuring instrument of a stream of air. Do not strike the gauge of a measuring instrument of a stream of air.

8. Clear an internal surface of the case of the air filter and establish on a cover a new filtering element. Establish a cover and fix it скобами. Connect an electric socket to the gauge of a measuring instrument of a stream of air and establish the main air line.

Models 2,0 of l with 16th valves

9. Disconnect an air line which connects the air filter to a measuring instrument of a stream of air (a collar of fastening of an air line it is specified by an arrow).

10. Release four spring скобы and uncover the air filter.

11. Take filtering element of the air filter and, being careful, clear an internal surface of the case of the air filter and a cover.
12. Establish a new filtering element a sealing edge upwards. Establish a cover of the air filter and fix its spring скобами.
