Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Unscrew fixing screws and uncover a starter.

2. Remove washers from an anchor shaft (the arrow specifies the S-shaped washer).

3. Unscrew two through bolts. Use two counternuts and a wrench for unscrewing of bolts.

4. Uncover and disconnect a wire from the traction relay.

5. Remove the fixing plug and the holder of brushes (it is specified by an arrow).

Replacement of brushes

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Clear and examine brushes.

2. Replace brushes if they are worn out more than an admissible limit.

3. Check up a condition пружинок.

4. Take away пружинки deep into holders, having inserted a tube of suitable diameter.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Installation is made in sequence of return to removal.

2. Fill a cap with greasing and fix it by means of two screws.
