Clearing

| 1. Blows by a stupid part of a core turn заглушки (a photo at the left) and get flat-nose pliers (a photo on the right). |
| 2. Cautiously clear the block of the consolidation rests. |
| 3. Remove covers of radical bearings and get bearings from the block of cylinders and covers. Designate all details and store so that them not to mix. |
| 4. Clean all channels a stream of steam and compressed air (it is recommended to carry out in car-care centre), wash out the block outside a washing-up liquid. |

5. Banish all carving apertures, clean and blow compressed air. |
| 6. Dry the block and grease the processed surfaces маловязким with oil. For clearing turn out заглушки oil channels. |
| 7. Establish covers of radical bearings, bolts tighten by hand. |
|
8. Запрессуйте new заглушки without warps, preliminary having greased with their hermetic Permatex N2. |
| 9. Turn on the same hermetic заглушки oil channels. |

| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. At detection of outer defects (cracks and having chopped off), repair the block or replace. It is recommended to check up presence of internal defects in the block of cylinders for what it is necessary to hand over the block in a car-care centre workshop. |
|
2. Check up a surface condition, ovality and конусность cylinders, having measured diameter in three planes, the cylinder under a fillet, in the centre and in the lowermost part, in directions parallel and perpendicular block axes. |
|
| 3. Spend measurements by means of telescopic нутрометра. |
| 4. If results differ from standard it is necessary to hand over the block in repair. After block restoration pistons and rings of the repair sizes will be necessary. |
| 5. If a condition of cylinders comprehensible, deterioration of the cylinder and a backlash between the cylinder and the piston do not exceed the established norms cylinders it is required отхоннинговать (see subsection 3.3.11). |

6. Check up deformation of a demountable plane of the block of cylinders. If the deviation from a plane exceeds norm the block follows прошлифовать in car-care centre. |
