Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift the car and remove back (forward) wheels.
2. Disconnect from a reducer карданный a shaft and displace aside.
3. Check up the resistance moment проворачивания wheels, rotating a reducer nut динамометрическим a key with a scale in some Н.м.
4. Designate position of the nut conducting gear wheels and a flange.
5. Count number of threads of a carving to a nut.
6. Fix a flange of a reducer and turn away a nut of a leading gear wheel.
7. Remove a reducer flange.
8. Hook and remove an epiploon.
9. Grease an epiploon and проточку in картере a reducer консистентной with greasing. Accurately, without supposing displacement of a leading gear wheel of a reducer, запрессуйте a new epiploon against the stop.
10. Establish a reducer flange, having combined labels. To establish a flange blows it is not supposed.
11. Accurately cover a joint of a flange and шлицов with hermetic.
12. Dress a washer and tighten a nut on the number of threads of a carving counted before dismantling.
13. Measure a twisting moment at which the leading gear wheel starts to be turned. This moment is equal to a preliminary tightness in bearings of a leading gear wheel and should correspond to norm. If the moment appears less demanded tighten a reducer nut until then the necessary moment will not be reached yet (can be a bit more norms but no more than 0,5 Н.м.).
14. Further assemblage is carried out upside-down.
