Check
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Squeeze out a brake pedal some times and start the engine. The pedal should fall a little. Allow to the engine to work some minutes and muffle it. Press a brake pedal, it should have normal rigidity. After several pressing the pedal should become much more rigid. |
2. If the vacuum amplifier does not work how has been described above, check up the vacuum valve and if it is necessary the vacuum pump. |
3. If the vacuum valve and the pump is perfectly in order, replace the vacuum amplifier. |
|
Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Remove the main brake cylinder. |
2. Disconnect a vacuum hose. |
3. Disconnect a pusher of the vacuum amplifier from a brake pedal. |
4. Turn off fixing nuts and remove the vacuum amplifier. |
|
Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
|
1. Before installation check up, that the distance from the aperture centre in a plug of a pusher to an amplifier surface was 230±0,5 mm ("and"). Tighten up a pusher plug if it is necessary. |
2. Installation is spent upside-down removals. |
