Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a transmission.

2. Remove the lever of deenergizing of coupling from a spherical support. On a transmission 012 wring out a spring clip and remove the lever from a support.

3. Remove the bearing from the lever (a transmission 012).

4. On models with a transmission 01Е turn off a fixing bolt and remove an elastic plate. Remove the bearing and the lever.

Survey

Check up ease of rotation of the bearing. Replace the bearing if it is worn out.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Grease a spherical support and the hinge of the lever of deenergizing of coupling with copper greasing. Grease выжимной the bearing.

2. On a transmission 012 establish a spring on the lever of deenergizing of coupling and insert a spring into an aperture.

3. Establish the lever and the bearing into place. Tighten a fixing bolt. Establish the lever on a spherical support so that the spring clip has fixed the lever.

4. On models with a transmission 01Е establish intermediate fastening on the lever, then establish the lever and the bearing into place. Tighten a fixing bolt.
