12.2.1.2. Dismantling and assemblage of the distributor of ignition

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To remove the distributor (subsection 12.2.1.1 see).

2. To unfasten two springs and to uncover.

3. To remove бегунок.

4. To remove the antidust screen.

5. To note position of an anchor concerning the distributor platen, to remove an anchor and an adjusting pin.

6. To turn out screws and to remove vacuum-proof-reader.

7. To turn out the screw and to remove the gauge of the Hall with a nest Pads.

8. To turn out screws and to remove a motionless plate with a lining.

9. After dismantling to clear all details and knots of a dust and a dirt.

10. To examine a cover from within. If there are cracks or have burnt out contacts, it is necessary to replace a cover. To check up a condition of a contact piece of coal with a spring.

11. To create depression in the vacuum-proof-reader. Under the influence of depression draught of the vacuum-proof-reader should move. If it does not occur, the diaphragm means is torn also vacuum-proof-reader it is necessary to replace.

12. To collect the ignition distributor upside-down.
