12.2.1.3. Check and adjustment of a corner of an advancing of ignition

THE GENERAL DATA

Distance between a label of century of m. т. And a label of a corner of an advancing of ignition on a flywheel

And = 7; 3 mm to the left of century of m. т. – engine KF (3 ° about century of m. т.); And = 14; 5 mm to the left of century of m. т. – engines KZ, RX (6 ° about century of m. т.); And = 36; 5 mm to the left of century of m. т. – engine NF (15 ° about century of m. т.); And = 43; 5 mm to the left of century of m. т. – engines WH, WC, KP, KU, RT (18 ° about century of m. т.)

The corner of an advancing of ignition is regulated on the heated-up engine. Frequency of rotation of idling should be adjusted, all consumers of the electric power are disconnected, the fan of system of cooling should not to work.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To connect a stroboscope according to the manufacturer instruction. 2. To start the engine and to leave to idle. 3. To direct a stroboscope beam on a window in картере couplings. The label 1 (a label of an advancing of ignition) on a flywheel should coincide with a label 3 on картере couplings. If labels 1 and 3 do not coincide, to weaken an inhaling of a bolt of fastening of the distributor and, turning the distributor, to achieve combination of labels 1 and 3. To tighten a bolt of fastening of the distributor (2 – a label of century of m. т. 1st cylinder on a flywheel). 4. To check up and adjust frequency of rotation of idling. 5. Again to check up ignition installation. 6. To disconnect a stroboscope.
