Details of a drive of a camshaft

1 – a belt of a drive of the generator; 2 – виброгаситель; 3 – a cover of a drive of a camshaft bottom; 4 – a cover of a drive of a camshaft top; 5 – a belt of a drive of a camshaft; 6 – a cogwheel;

7 – a cover of a drive of a camshaft back; 8 – a rack of fastening of the top cover; 9 – a sealing ring of the water pump; 10 – the water pump; 11 – a cogwheel of a cranked shaft; 12 – an intermediate pulley

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To remove a belt of 1 drive of the generator. 2. By means of the special tool to block from проворачивания a cranked shaft and to weaken an inhaling of a bolt of fastening виброгасителя 2 to a cranked shaft. 3. To remove the top cover 4. To establish the piston of 1st cylinder in century of m. т. (Subsection 3.2.2 subitem 3-4) see. To weaken an inhaling of bolts of fastening of the water pump and to turn the pump to the block, having weakened thereby a tension of a belt 5 drives of a camshaft. To remove a belt 5 from a wheel 6. To remove a cogwheel 6 camshafts, having turned away a bolt of its fastening 4. To remove the bottom cover 3 drives of a camshaft, having turned away fastening bolts. 5. To turn away a fastening bolt виброгасителя and to remove виброгаситель 2 with a cogwheel 11 cranked shaft and a belt 5. 6. To collect a camshaft drive upside-down. Before installation to put hermetic on a carving part of a bolt of fastening виброгасителя and a cogwheel of a cranked shaft. To tighten a bolt the moment 350 Н·м (35 кгс·м). To adjust a tension of a belt of a drive of a camshaft (subsection 3.2.2.2 subitem 1-3 see).
