Additional devices

If additional devices instead of the switch with a hydrodrive 0,3 bar costs the gauge of pressure of oil (3) are established. To it are connected a wire of a food (2) and a wire of the switch with a hydrodrive (1).

As additional equipment in the central console three additional devices – an oil manometre, the gauge of temperature of oil and the voltmeter can be built in. For their removal it is necessary to remove preliminary the middle console (see has undressed Salon).

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Check of the gauge of pressure of oil, the gauge of temperature of oil: to disconnect a wire from the corresponding gauge (installation position see the following section) and to bring to "weight":
  2. If the arrow of the device does not deviate, means, are faulty either conducting, or the device.
  3. Otherwise a cause of defect – the gauge.
  4. Voltmeter check: to check up pressure on voltmeter contacts.
  5. A food is present, but is not displayed: the voltmeter is faulty.

Position of installation of the gauge of pressure of oil, the gauge of temperature of oil

  • Models with the 4-cylinder engine: both gauges are located on a flange of the oil filter at the left at the engine.
  • Models with the 5-cylinder engine: the pressure gauge is located on a left-hand side of the motor block, the gauge of temperature of oil is on the right ahead below on the engine. It is screwed in there instead of a carving stopper for a safety valve of the oil pump. Be cautious at вывинчивании: the stopper is under a spring tension. Position of a spring and клапанных плунжеров is the extremely important!
  • Models with the 6-cylinder engine: the gauge of pressure of oil is on a left-hand side of the motor block ahead below, the gauge of temperature of oil is located at the left below on the face party of the engine. Because of bad availability of a wire to gauges are collected in plug connection behind at the left head of the block of cylinders. Colours of cables in plug connection: green-black to the gauge of temperature of oil; sine-white to the gauge of pressure of oil; white-grey to the switch with a hydrodrive 2,5 bar; sine-black to the switch with a hydrodrive 0,3 bar.
