Sbrasyvanie pressure

Models of early years of release without a hydroactive suspension bracket

The given procedure concerns only models of early years of the release, not equipped запорным the valve preventing lowering of the car in the bottom position at deenergizing of the engine.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Sbrasyvanie pressure in the main accumulator and a hydraulic contour of forward brakes it is carried out by means of the special gate on a pressure regulator. The gate is established on assemblage of the main accumulator in a forward part of an impellent compartment.

2. Release the gate on one complete revolution, - the hissing testifying to return to the tank being under the pressure of hydraulic liquid should be heard.

Do not turn out the gate completely: it is equipped from below by a ball which is easy for losing!

3. Sbrasyvanie pressure in a back brake contour and a hydraulic contour of a back suspension bracket it is carried out by means of suspension bracket control lever in height (pressure in the main accumulator should be already dumped).
4. Translate in suspension bracket control lever in height in position "Minimum" and wait full lowering of a body of the car.

Models of late years of release with a hydroactive suspension bracket

Performance described below procedure is made at the working engine. Basically hydraulic pressure can be dumped and at the muffled engine, however, the special equipment which can be got only in the firm service-centre of company Citroyon for this purpose is required.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Make sure that спускной the gate of a regulator of pressure is completely closed (item 1) see.
2. At the working engine translate a control lever suspension bracket position in position "Minimum".
3. Without suppressing the engine, wait definitive lowering of a body.

Do not touch a steering wheel!

4. When the car will fall to the bottom position, muffle the engine and turn out спускной the regulator gate (the subsection "Models of early years of release without a hydroactive suspension bracket", item 2 see).

Pressure forcing

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Strongly tighten спускной the gate, then translate a control lever suspension bracket position in position "Maximum".
2. Start the engine and wait, while the body will rise in the top position. Check up serviceability of functioning of the proof-reader, having spent a control lever through all systems of position provided by a design.

Filling

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. In usual conditions system filling is made automatically at engine start, however, in certain cases it is necessary to make filling of the pump of a high pressure manually (see further).
2. Make sure that спускной the gate of a regulator of pressure is weakened (the subsection "Models of early years of release without a hydroactive suspension bracket", item 1) see.

3. Disconnect a hose of a high pressure from the top part of the tank of a hydraulic liquid.

4. Fill in hydraulic liquid LHM directly in a hose.
5. Start the engine.
6. Connect a hose as soon as liquid level in it will fall.
7. After pump filling some times release and again tighten спускной the gate of a regulator of pressure for the purpose of removal from a path of system of air stoppers.
8. Translate a control lever suspension bracket position in position "Maximum", then modify liquid level in the tank.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Dump pressure in hydraulic system (the General information and safety measures see).
2. Before отпусканием carefully wipe штуцерный knot and surfaces adjoining to it.
3. If the whole section of a hydraulic line is subject to removal, liberate a tube from intermediate clamps and arms. Try not to braid and not too strongly to bend a tube if it it will not be unequivocal to be replaced.
4. Right after tube detachments закупорьте open unions for the purpose of minimisation of risk of hit in dirt system.
5. For a tightness guarantee штуцерного connection at line installation on the car it is necessary to adhere to certain rules (see further).
6. Carefully wipe reception port штуцерного knot, a hydraulic tube, накидную штуцерную a nut and a rubber sealant. Slightly grease components штуцерного knot with hydraulic liquid LHM.
7. Put on a rubber sealant a tube so that the end of last was slightly put out outside.

8. Connect a tube, having entered its acting end in reception port штуцерного knot. Track completeness of landing of a rubber sealant. Make sure that the tube end settles down on the centre of reception port.

9. Keeping a tube motionlessly, screw накидную штуцерную a nut. Do not tighten a nut with excessive effort.
10. In summary, check up reliability of fixing of a tube in intermediate clamps and arms. The tube should not rub at all about adjoining surfaces!
11. Lift pressure in system, in case of need make pump filling (the General information and safety measures see).
12. Check up level of a hydraulic liquid, in case of need make corresponding updating (address to the Head Routine maintenance).
