The general information


The tank of a hydraulic liquid

The tank of a hydraulic liquid represents the metal container equipped with an observation port of the control of level of a liquid. The container is divided inside by the plates calming a liquid and preventing formation of vortical streams. The tank is located in the right forward corner of an impellent compartment. Removal of air from the tank is made on a hose in the filter located under assembly скобой.

For check of level of a hydraulic liquid it is necessary to start the engine and to translate a control lever suspension bracket position in position "Maximum". The yellow label on a control float in an observation port should settle down between two red risks designating the minimum and maximum admissible values of level of a liquid.

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Dump pressure in hydraulic system (the General information and safety measures see).
2. Make sure that the control lever is established by suspension bracket position in position "Minimum", then slowly turn a steering wheel from an emphasis against the stop for dump of residual pressure. Thus the most part of a hydraulic liquid should flow in the tank.
3. Liberate hydraulic hoses from arms on a tank wall.

4. Disconnect electroconducting from the indicator of level of a liquid.

5. Release a collar of fastening of the central section to the top part of the tank.
6. Remove the central section, then wrap up it in polyethylene and put aside. In an ideal the central section should be placed in suitable capacity in order to avoid hit in it a dirt.

Quite good way of protection of the central section is its premise in the cut off plastic bottle from under mineral water.

7. Give two fixing nuts and take assemblage of the tank from an impellent compartment.

Installation

Installation is made upside-down. Track correctness of a lining and connection of hydraulic lines, and also behind correctness of placing of the basis of the tank in the directing.
