Regulator of hydraulic pressure - the general data, removal and installation

The preventions resulted in section the General information and safety measures see. At assemblage be required new уплотнители hydraulic tubes, and also new шланговые collars.

The general information

The pressure regulator is located under the car and established on assemblage of the main accumulator and carries out following functions:
   a) Limits a pressure developed by the pump of a high pressure at the expense of return of surplus of a liquid back in the tank;
   b) Provides giving of a hydraulic liquid at falling of a pressure below a preset value.

Pressure of inclusion and switching-off of giving of a liquid are regulated at the expense of selection of special levelling washers (Specifications see). Adjustment should be made in the conditions of a car-care centre workshop.

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Dump pressure in hydraulic system (the General information and safety measures see).
2. Get under the regulator block drain capacity. From below under the block release a fixing collar and disconnect a hydraulic hose. Prepare for gathering of a spilt liquid.
3. In the top part of the block release штуцерные connections and disconnect two hydraulic tubes. Again be ready to gathering of a spilt liquid. At once закупорьте the open ends of tubes and unions in order to avoid hit in dirt system.
4. Give a nut of a bolt of fastening of clamps of tubes on the top party of a regulator. Shift tubes aside.

5. Give a nut of a fixing bolt and separate a basic arm of the bottom hose from assembly скобы a regulator.

6. Give a fixing nut and remove basic arms of tubes from a fixing hairpin of a regulator.

7. Give a nut and remove a basic arm of tubes with assembly скобы a regulator.

8. Turn out a bolt of fastening assembly скобы a regulator to transmission assemblage.

9. Turn out a bolt and a hairpin of fastening of a forward basic arm of a regulator to transmission. Remove a regulator.

Installation

Installation is made upside-down. Pay attention to following moments:
   a) Track correctness of installation of basic arms of hydraulic lines. Make sure that no tubes and hoses are tense;
   b) In case of need replace rubber уплотнители штуцерных connections of hydraulic tubes;
   c) Lift pressure in system (the General information and safety measures see);
   d) Check up level of a hydraulic liquid, in case of need make corresponding updating (address to the Head Routine maintenance).
