The high pressure pump - the general data, removal and installation

The preventions resulted in section the General information and safety measures see. At assemblage be required new уплотнители hydraulic tubes, and also new шланговые collars.

The general information

The pump is put in action by means of клинового a belt. The pump has a piston design. On an illustration the cross-section pump of the pump is presented.

Six pistons are set in motion from the special shaking disk planted on the needle bearing. The hydraulic liquid arrives through four apertures in each of cylinders, then through the spring return valve under pressure arrives in a hydraulic contour of system. Restriction of a pressure developed by the pump is made by means of a special regulator of the pressure, placed in the general case with the main accumulator (receiver). Removal of air from the pump is made by отпускания спускного the regulator gate.

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Dump pressure in system (the General information and safety measures see).
2. Prop up противооткатными boots back wheels, then поддомкратьте redock of the car and establish it on props.
3. For the purpose of providing of access to the pump remove локер.
4. Remove a belt of a drive of auxiliary units (address to the Head Routine maintenance).
5. Get under assemblage of the pump capacity for reception of a spilt liquid. Disconnect from the pump hydraulic tubes. At once закупорьте the open ends штуцерных connections in order to avoid hit in dirt system.
6. Disconnect also the hydraulic hose brought to the pump.

At connection the hose should be fixed a new collar.

7. Through one of windows in приводном a pulley turn out the bottom through bolt of fastening of the pump. Give also a nut of fastening of assemblage on a basic arm.

8. In case of need disconnect from the pump a basic arm of fastening of a hydraulic tube.

9. Turn out the remained bolt of fastening of the pump from the back party of assemblage.

Installation

Installation is made upside-down. Pay attention to following moments:
   a) do not forget to replace a collar of fastening of a hydraulic hose;
   Necessity case replace rubber уплотнители штуцерных knots of connection of hydraulic tubes;
   c) Installation drive a belt of auxiliary units make according to the instructions resulted in the Head Routine maintenance;
   d) In summary do not forget to lift pressure in system and, in case of need, to fill the pump (the General information and safety measures see);
   e) do not forget to check up level of a hydraulic liquid. In case of need make corresponding updating (address to the Head Routine maintenance).
