The general information

Coupling consists of a frictional (conducted) disk, assemblage of a basket with a press disk, выжимного the bearing and the mechanism of deenergizing of coupling. All components are placed in big картер from the aluminium alloy, sometimes called by a dome of coupling/transmission and established between engine and transmission blocks. Coupling deenergizing is made mechanically, means тросового a drive.

The frictional disk is established between a flywheel of the engine and a press disk of assemblage of coupling and freely moves lengthways шлицов a primary shaft of a transmission.

Assemblage of a basket of coupling приболчена to a flywheel. At the working engine and the released pedal of coupling rotation of a cranked shaft is transferred through a flywheel to a frictional disk of coupling (last densely nestles on a flywheel assemblage of a press disk). As the frictional disk of coupling is planted on шлицы pins of a primary shaft, last provides transfer of rotation to a transmission and, further on car driving wheels.

It is necessary to make coupling deenergizing for the termination of rotation of a transmission. On models of cars described in the present Management two various designs of the mechanism of deenergizing of coupling are realised. In the first case the mechanism of usual type with independent выжимным the bearing which has been put on a pin of a primary shaft of a transmission is applied and at operation nestling to диафрагменной to a spring of a press disk of coupling such mechanism is established on all cars of a lineup, the exception is made by only diesel models with a turbo-supercharging and petrol models with 16-klapannym the engine of series RFY where the mechanism of exhaust type is applied. In mechanisms of deenergizing of coupling of exhaust type it is used built in assemblage of a basket of coupling and standing separately from a frictional disk выжимной the bearing.

In mechanisms usual выжимного type the cover drive a cable from outside transmissions is closed up in a basic arm, the core is connected to the lever of a plug of deenergizing of coupling. At squeezing of a pedal of coupling the cable core is delayed, developing thus for the top end of the lever a deenergizing plug. A plug, being developed, presses выжимной the bearing to petals диафрагменной springs of a press disk. The spring is thus deformed, weakening a clip of a frictional disk to a flywheel.

On models with the exhaust mechanism of deenergizing of coupling in an arm on transmission the cable core whereas its cover is connected to the plug lever is fixed, on the contrary. At squeezing of a pedal the deenergizing plug forces to rise on выжимной the bearing fixed on диафрагменной to a spring of a press disk. Spring deformation leads отпусканию a frictional disk which departs from a flywheel, stopping transfer of rotation of the engine to a primary shaft of a transmission.

The guarantee of serviceability of functioning of coupling is given by correctness of its adjustment.
